effective from January 2006, own
the members interest in a Close Corporation, subjected to certain rules and
regulations.

if our corresponding attorneys take the documentation through the relevant processes.
Our corresponding attorneys charge us an additional fee of R2850.00 for this special
service, which we have to recover from you. |

| Depending on the workload of the Registrar of Close Corporations, the
lodging of a : |
| CK7 can vary from 2 business hours up to 7 business days; |
| CK2 can vary from 1 business days up to 4 weeks; |
| However, it is not possible to register a CK1 with a trust as the
member within 1 day, because the electronic loading facility does not
yet allow for a trust to be loaded as a member of the CC. |
